Ozzy Osbourne to sell motorcycle and quad collection

1 of 1

Rock star Ozzy Osbourne is selling his collection of off-road motorcycles and quads, including the Yamaha Banshee 350 he was nearly killed on in an accident in 2003.

The 350cc two-stroke twin-cylinder quad was the vehicle Ozzy crashed, cracking a vertebra in his neck, breaking eight ribs, his collarbone and damaging a blood vessel.

The ‘wild man of rock’ also stopped breathing for two minutes in the immediate aftermath of the crash.

As well as the Banshee quad, Ozzy is selling three farm quads, three child’s quads and two dirt bikes as part of a huge sale of the family’s belongings from the family homes in the US and UK.

The auctions will be held online from November 30 to December 1, 2007 by Juliens Auctions.
