MCN is at the Cologne show where the 2011 Suzuki GSR750 has been unveiled.
The new sports naked is powered by a liquid-cooled, inline-four cylinder 749cc motor. It has a 72mm x 66mm bore and stroke, similar to the early 2000s GSX-R750s and different to the longer stroke, bigger-capacity 750cc motor in the 2010 and 2011 GSX-R750.
Power figures arte yet to be released, but Suzuki say it’s been tuned for low and midrange grunt and fuel economy.
Unlike the old GSR600, the new GSR750 has funkier styling styling, 41mm upside down forks and a new side-mounted exhaust, replacing the old underseat units of the 600.
A new tubular steel twin spar chassis is employed, lightweight three-spoke wheels, twin 310mm discs with four-piston non-radial Tokico calipers and a 17.5-litre fuel tank. An ABS version will also be available.
