Motorcycle tax frozen in budget

Chancellor Gordon Brown has announced that there will be no increase in motorcycle tax in the 2003 budget.

Although car tax will rise in line with inflation, motorcycles will stay the same. Under 150cc is £15 for 12 months, 151cc-400cc £30, 401cc-600cc £45, and all other motorcycles are £60 for 12 months or £33 for 6 months.
