Terms and Conditions

1. The free prize draw is open to UK residents excluding employees of Bennetts and other third parties involved in this promotion and their families.

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. Entry to the free prize draw is made by logging on to www.motorcyclenews.com and emailing name, address and contact details to marketing@bennetts.co.uk. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted. Closing date for receipt of entries is 18 April 2003.

4. The winner and runners up will be selected at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.

5. The first prize will be a HJC AC-10 helmet worth £199.00, courtesy of Hein Gericke and a safety goodie bag from Bennetts.

6. Nine runners up will each win a safety goodie bag.

7. The winner and all nine runners up will each receive a copy of the Bennetts sponsored DSA What If? safety video as well as a copy of Bennetts¹ safety and security booklet Think Ahead!

8. No additional expenses will be met by the promoter.

9. No cash or other alternative will be offered, nor may the prizes be transferred.

10. The winner and runners up will be notified by post

11. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Send a stamp addressed envelope for winner¹s names to the address shown below.

13. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition.
