Stolen stunt bike could hurt thieves

1 of 1

Thieves have stolen stunt rider John Taylor’s 500cc Honda, but the 39-year-olds main worry is that the thieves will get hurt.

The bike has been modified for stunt riding, including tuning the engine and removing the front brake. “The bike was a normal 500cc, which is very powerful even in that state. But a lot of work has been done to make it quicker and, if someone really goes for it, they will not be able to control the bike. I am worried someone is going to kill themselves. ”

Taylor was planning a world record jump in August, but unless the bike is returned, his plans might be scrapped.

The bike was stolen on Thursday, January 9 from Wavertree in Liverpool.

Anyone with any information should call 0151-774656 or Crimestoppers on 0800-555111.
