The idyllic seaside resort of Senigallia on Italy’s sun-drenched Adriatic, rumbled to the sound of rock, disco beats and thumping Milwaukee iron, as tens of thousands of Harley-Davidson riders and enthusiasts gathered for the 30th Annual European HOG rally earlier this month.

From the Piazza Garibaldi in the historic old town to the glorious golden beaches, the area was closed to all vehicles except for those with the iconic double-barrelled moniker on the tank, resulting in a 1.8 mile perimeter encircled by shining chrome, glistening metalflake paint and a relentless throng of admirers.

“The response of riders to this fantastic event in Italy has been overwhelming, from our local resident attendants, through to those who have travelled far and wide,” said H-D Vice President, Kolja Rebstock.

“With attendees from all around the globe, extending far beyond Europe, from Brazil to New Zealand, really demonstrating the community that the Harley Owners Group embodies, and indeed the strength of the Harley-Davidson brand in Italy.”

Four main areas provided free entertainment and experiences throughout the weekend. H-D’s 2024 range was on display in the arcade and forum of the Foro Annonario, once the town’s farmers’ market, and if something caught the eye it could be tried out for size at the demo area.

During the event, Harley-Davidson also announced the return of their Euro Festival for 2025, which will return to Porte Grimaud, France from May 8-11. It was last held in 2018.
