Free track sessions on BMW’s wildly-powerful K1200S are being offered to anyone considering buying a sports bike this year.

You get to ride two 15-minute sessions on your own bike and one on the firm’s new K1200S to allow you to compare.

There are two dates in the ‘let the ride decide’ diary: Thursday May 5 and Monday June 20. Both are at Rockingham, Northants.

Sports bike riders who are interested in should contact their nearest BMW dealer to register their details. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Riders can choose either morning or afternoon sessions. The track event will be run for BMW by the California Superbike School.

You’ll also be able to road test other BMWs.
