Newly resurgent Italian manufacturer MV Agusta has officially shown what looks like a completely finished version of the new 675cc three-cylinder F3 sportsbike.

This is the bike MV is hoping can take on the class-leading Triumph Daytona 675.

MV Agusta was bought back from Harley-Davidson by previous owner Claudio Castiglioni just last month and the F3 is going to be the first new bike released under the new regime.

There is no official information about the bike other than a two paragraph press release which actually says almost nothing.

It says: “The three-cylinder story has been revived, the most fascinating and exciting saga in the history of motorcycling. A story called MV Agusta.

“After years of continuous design and development along with ongoing research to create the most beautiful and technologically advanced 600cc bike of the world, the first pictures of the “real” MV AGUSTA F3 are revealed.”
