Romano Fenati has taken his first win of the 2015 Moto3 season, after taking an advantage into the closing corners of the final lap from a chasing trio of fellow Italians Enea Bastianini and Francesco Bagnaia, joined by Brit Danny Kent.

It was Kent who gave the performance of the race, however, coming from thirty-first on the grid to the leading group with four laps to go, and looked like a contender for the win right up to the flag.

Scottish rider John McPhee was seventeenth, while local rider Fabio Quartararo was a faller with just seven laps left while dicing with the leading group.

He was joined in the gravel by Remy Gardner, Gabriel Rodrigo and Brad Binder, who all failed to make it past turn three on the opening lap.
