Rolfo tests at Valencia

Roberto Rolfo has begun testing the SC Carrachi Ducati 999 he will race in the World Superbike championship in 2006.

The former MotoGP star was at the Valencia circuit last week for a three day test, along with Vittorio Iannuzzo on the Celani Suzuki GSX-R1000 and SC supersport riders Joshua Brookes and Luka Nedog.

Wet and cold conditions didn’t make the transition easy for Rolfo, as he adjusted from the D’Antin Desmosedici he rode in 2005, but he achieved a best time of 1:39.5.

Meanwhile Brookes recorded a time of 1:40.2, with Nedog posting a time of 1:42.5.
