Three Sisters charity track day

I spent a great afternoon at Three Sisters circuit in Wigan on my adapted trike. The event is once a month for charity and this month it was in aid of the blood donor bikes and was attended by local hero and TT racer John Ingram, fresh from the Island and straight from a hard days work!

Where there should be cats eyes or over banding potholes are appearing and forming a void down to the previous surface level anywhere up to a foot wide and up to 10 or 15 feet long. Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service are offering free 'Biker Down' courses to local riders. The courses, which last approx 3 hours, include first aid, collision scene management and a discussion on why other road users sometimes don't see us and how to help them see us better.
