Weston Bike Night - Bigger and Better for 2009

1 of 2

Weston Bike Night returns for 2009 bigger and better!

Again this year there will be a bike of the night choosen at random throughout the evening. Last years winners included a 50cc Yamaha Jog and a 1973 Ducati Mike Hailwood Rep, this is a very open event.

Winners will be invited back to the last night of the year for an all out contest for Bike of the Year. Theme nights are still open to everyone with special parking for those wanting to enter display their machines on the nights theme.

This year Scallys Biker Bar will be laying on live music for the bike nights at their Carlton Street location. All money collected on the evening will be given to the Poppy Appeal at the end of the year. We aim to smash last years total and collect a massive £10,000.

As we are sure you are aware the Poppy Appeal is a very worthwhile cause, with hundreds of ex-servicemen and women looking for financial aid from the Royal British Legion every year.

The Royal British Legion and (Poppy Appeal) is the largest charity in the UK supporting the services. For more details visit http://www.rblr.co.uk or http://www.britishlegion.org.uk

You don’t have to be a member or ex-member of the services to be a member of the Royal British Legion.
