Aside from traditional speed cameras, there are now evidence-gathering devices on car dashboards, lampposts, lorries, the hands of passengers and even the action cameras worn by bikers themselves.

So, what happens if you’re in an accident and it’s captured on camera? Is it a help or a hinderance? Neevesy catches up with keen biker and qualified solicitor Gavin Grewal from White Dalton to learn the ins and outs of video evidence.
