The latest universal soft luggage system from Oxford – the ATLAS range – is a modular set-up and the main compartment promises to be 100% waterproof for life. In fact, Oxford are so confident of the ATLAS’s quality that they’ve given it a lifetime guarantee against faulty materials or manufacture!

The system uses detachable 100% waterproof liners, which can be replaced for the lifetime of the bags ensuring your kit will never get wet. You can also purchase additional liners in different combinations of sizes and fit them together to create compartments within the luggage.

Whether you’re nipping to the shop or circumnavigating the globe, Oxford have a combination of ATLAS luggage that will work for you. The biggest T-30 Tourpack (£119.99) has 30 litres of capacity (hence the name) and is constructed from PU backed 1000D polyester with Hypalon panels in high-wear areas.

The biggest of the Oxford ATLAS modular luggage options is the T-30 Tourpack has a generous 30-litre capacity on its own but can be paired up with other bags for longer trips.

It attaches to the bike using a universal fast fit system – aluminium alloy G-hooks that slot into webbing loops you leave attached to your frame.

The backpacks can also connect to the bike with the same Universal fast fitting system as the tour packs. At the other end of the straps are Duraflex buckles that make removal a job of seconds and there’s an under seat security strap so you know it isn’t going anywhere as you ride.

The T-30 is compatible with the T-20 (£99.99) and T-10 (£79.99) – 20 litres and 10 litres respectively – and you can use any number of combinations to carry as much or as little as you need.

the middle-sized option in the Oxford ATLAS range is the Tourpack T-20, which can either be coupled with another bag or or used on its own for shorter trips.
The smallest Oxford ATLAS Tourpack is this T-10, which is either a handy modular addition to the system or a practical and subtle tailbag when you just need to carry a few bits and bobs.

Once you’ve worked out the right combination for your trip, packing and unpacking the bike is designed to be as painless as possible. And if you need to up your carrying capacity for a future trip, you can add more modules instead of having to buy all-new luggage.

As-well-as the modular bike luggage, the ATLAS range includes two different sized backpacks called the B-30 and B-20 (no prizes for guessing the capacities). These are also part of the modular system. They use the same construction and waterproofing as the tailpacks but incorporate shoulder straps with a magnetic speed lock sternum buckle.

Along with the main roll-top compartment, the bags feature easy access rear and side pockets, a discreet card pocket for a credit card or motorway pass and a hydration bladder compartment with tube routing. The 20 litre model costs £149.99 and the 30 litre is £169.99.

The larger of two rucksack options in the Oxford ATLAS luggage range, the B-30 has a 30-litre capacity and an ergonomic chest buckle and can also be fixed to the bike as a tailpack.
The smaller of two rucksack options in the Oxford Atlas range is the B-20 BackPack. It enjoys all the same excellent features as its bigger brother but with slightly smaller carrying capacity.
