Touratech release suspension upgrades to take Ducati DesertX to another level

Premium German accessory brand Touratech have come up with uprated off-road suspension kits for Ducati’s £14,995 DesertX retro-styled adventure bike.

The new ‘Extreme’ shock absorber and matching fork cartridge kit are the most off-road orientated of Touratech’s ‘Travel’ suspension kit range, which also includes ‘Level 1’, ‘Level 2’ and ‘Highend’ versions.

As the name suggests, the Extremes are designed for the toughest conditions and, as such, they’re said to be ‘extra-robust’ with a wide range of adjustment to upgrade your DesertX‘s capabilities.

They are aimed at rally or expedition riders and are claimed to offer not only impressive off-road ability but precise comfort and handling on road, too.

The shock is yours for £1286.47 including VAT, with the fork internals available for £1295.11. If you are planning all-terrain adventures, you may also wish to consider Ducati’s own DesertX Rally model with uprated suspension for £18,995.
