How to troubleshoot a Power Commander

Q. I have a Dynojet Power Commander III USB on my GSX-R750, but when I try to connect it to the control centre software on my computer the software says “No Power Commander Connected”. What am I doing wrong?

Save £££s on Power Commanders

A. Is the PCIII USB correctly powered up? The green LED on the front of the unit should be lit, but it may need the bike to be running and not just switched on for it to be activated.

If you are trying to communicate with the unit off the bike using the 9v battery adapter try a new, good quality, 9v battery.
