10 Scottish show winners revealed

The MCN-backed Scottish Motorcycle Show is on over the weekend of March 9-10 and 10 site users will now be there, with a pal or partner, free of charge.. We’ve given away 10 pairs of day tickets worth a total of £240.

The show, at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh is now in its 26th year and is due to be bigger and better than ever before.

It will feature:1. The Bridgestone Action Zone, a spectacular stunt show featuring the European Stunt Riding champion, Kevin Carmichael, from Kilmarnock. Kevin will be appearing alongside the Starboyz, a group of fearless Americans who are flying over from the States to perform the most insane stunts on two wheels – this will probably be one of the most exciting attractions to hit Scotland this year! The Action Zone will also include the MCN Stunt Roadshow and the comic Purple Helmets team from the Isle of Man.

2. Supermoto racing where spectators can have a go after watching the experts.

3. More than 160 classic bikes on show.

4. All the 2002 bikes, kit and accessories, plus bargain bikes for sale in the MCN Paddock Bargains area.

5. Go karting, road race demonstrations, classic parades, sidecars, funfairs and helicopter rides.

The show is open from 9am to 5pm on both Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March 2002. Entrance prices are £12 for adults and £6 for concessions. Children under 15 gain free admittance when accompanied by an adult.
