Meacher on Any Questions Friday night

Minister Michael Meacher, the man whose leaked letter to police chiefs has caused an angry reaction throughout motorcycling, WILL now appear on BBC Radio Four tonight and you can put your questions to him.

The Any Questions show is being broadcast live from the ICI Centre, East of England Showground in Peterborough, conveniently just across the road from MCN!

To be in the audience, simply call 01733-234451 and ask for tickets to be left for you on the door. Tickets are free. You need to be there by 6.45pm if you want to submit a question which could then be included in the programme. The show itself is broadcast live from 8pm-8.45pm on Radio Four.

Meacher was scheduled to appear on this edition of the show, but earlier this week we were told he had pulled out. It now appears he has confirmed that he will take part.

We will be there to ask questions about the leaked letter, which suggested he had considered a ban on bikes in National Parks and areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
