An auction of special Vespa scooters, customised by some of the world’s top fashion designers has raised over £14,000 for charity.

The Vespa Collection 2002, held at the trendy Rockwell bar in London, consisted of four one-off scooters designed by Dolce & Gabbana, DKNY, Givenchy and Vivienne Westwood, with the Westwood version pulling in the top bid of £4500.

All the proceeds raised will go to UK breast cancer charity Breakthrough.
