We want to know your best biking tips and the best two we receive before July 24, 2003 will win a free place on a three-day advanced motorcycle training course worth £275.

The courses are run by UK Advanced Motorcycle Training, a nationwide consortium of police class one motorcycle riders and trainers.

Not only will the course allow you to improve your riding skills but you’ll also finish with a level three certificate in motorcycling from the Oxford open college network and could get a hefty discount on your insurance.
