Motorcyclenews.com to the rescue

1 of 1

When the European Superbike school’s regular translator had to pull out of this weekend’s trip to the south of France, motorcyclenews.com made an urgent appeal and has found them a replacement.

Will Henderson, from Godalming, Surrey, will now be leaving Portsmouth with the school tonight, Friday October 3, for a free trip to Nagaro circuit.

When school instructor Tony Scott realised that they would be without a French speaker on the eight-day trip he contacted motorcyclenews.com to see if we could help. He offered one of our readers an all expenses paid trip to the Nagaro race track in the south of France including free track time for three days. All they had to do was be able to speak fluent French.

Scott explained: ” I tried our local radio station and BBC radio but neither appeal got any responses. But when the story went up on the website we got lots of calls. One was from a previous customer, Will Henderson, so we offered him the place. ”

In exchange for the odd word of French, Henderson gets a week in the south of France and as many laps as he can squeeze in.
