Day in the life of MCN

1 of 1

Ever wondered what a typical day at MCN is like?

Well, here’s what we’re up to on Thursday June 24, 2004: Two staffers are in Assen talking to the teams in the run up to the MotoGP this weekend, one is in Italy getting a first look at Spidi’s 2005 range, one is upsetting van manufacturers with some awkward questions about diesel spills.

One is staking out another new bike in the hope of bringing you pictures, another four are tracking down scoop new bikes around the world. Another is working with Mick Doohan to bring you his guide to riding, two are out on long term test bikes at track days.

One is investigating bias against bikes in local media, one is talking to a body language expert to find the secrets of successful haggling, one is completing our group test of the MV Agusta F4 1000, Ducati 999S, Benelli Tornado RS and Aprilia RSV-R Factory.

Four are designing the newspaper pages you’ll see next week, five are editing the copy you’ll read and three are working full time to update this website. One is compiling our What’s On listing and another is doing six-months’ worth of expenses! Sadly there are no MCN Babes in the office today.

Others are working on changes to make MCN even better. If you want to help them and you have read this week’s paper, CLICK HERE.
