Free insurance on R6, Fazer and FZ6

Yamaha is offering free and cut-price insurance on its R6, FZ6 and FZ6 Fazer.

The deals range from ‘heavily subsidised rates’ for under 24-year-olds on all three bikes to free of charge TPFT offers for those aged over 25 on the FZ6 and FZ6 Fazer. If you’re over 35 you can get free TPFT cover on the R6 too.

The deal became active on May 24, 2004. Here’s the offer in more detail:

24 years and under? Subsidised rates on R6, FZ6 and FZ6 Fazer.

25-29: £299 on the R6, free on the FZ6 and FZ6 Fazer.

30-34: £149 on the R6, free on the FZ6 and FZ6 Fazer.

35+: Free on the R6, free on the FZ6 and FZ6 Fazer.

You can upgrade to fully comp cover by paying the difference in premium, too.
