Biker first aid in Bedford

If you are in and around the Bedfor area and fancy attending a First Aid course specifically for motorcyclsists, you’ll need to attend on September 30, 2006.

The course has been designed by St John Ambulance, and covers scene management, CPR, rescue breaths, crash helmet removale and more in four-and-a-half hours. Click here for more.

The course is offered in association with Bikesure, who offer five per cent discount on insurance to anyone who attends, and there is a free place for groups of seven or more people. The course costs £35 per person.
