The worst road surface in Carlisle?

Take a look at this picture, of a section of road I have to negotiate most everyday, with much of the rest as bad if not worse.
It is not ‘The Road Of Bones’ but part of Etterby Road. An inner city road maintained by Carlisle City Council.
My daughter gladly posed to give it scale!
