Top Gear slashes Ducati

MCN columnist Richard Hammond has vowed to keep on trying to get bikes on the Top Gear cool wall despite co-host Jerermy Clarkson taking a chainsaw to a picture of a Ducati 1098 on Sunday.

Hammond wanted to make the 1098 the first bike to be included on the wall in the show aired on Sunday, February 18, 2007, but bike-hater Clarkson cut the picture out with a chainsaw.

Hammond said: “I knew he wasn’t going to take it well but that’s not going to stop me doing it for the right bikes in the future.”
