Hidden speed camera?

On the A1068 at Hadstone, Northumberland, the fixed speed camera has been removed from the support post. The speed camera signs are still on the roads around the area. However, close to the speed camera support post in the grass verge is an old steel box painted dark grey/black. Upon close inspection this box has a tinted plate glass panel in the side facing the south bound traffic flow. Is this a new style speed camera? Very sneaky indeed.
