Have your say on the Buckland bollards

1 of 1

MCN would like to hear from any motorcyclists who have recently been through Buckland, Surrey, after a resident expressed concern that the installation of traffic and pedestrian islands at a junction in the village could pose a danger to bikers.

Buckland sits between Reigate and Dorking on the A25, which is one of the main routes to the Boxhill biker meet in Dorking.

The resident told MCN he is concerned that motorcyclists may not be able to see bollards placed at each end of the islands, particularly when heading towards Dorking.

Work to install the islands is due to be completed on March 11.
