Tom Tom problems

We recently purchased a Tom Tom rider 2 Sat Nav – when we received it there were two small fixing screws missing – both Tom Tom & where we bought the unit (MNC Group) want us to send the unit back – we are off on a biking holiday shortly & do not want to risk not having the unit returned.

It is impossible to contact anyone at the supplier or at Tom Tom to try to get them to understand, everything has to be done via the internet. So all you would-be purchasers – beware think before you purchase a Tom Tom unit!
