Ventura launch carrier for retro bikes

Ventura bike racks has produced a range of luggage carriers suitable for modern classics, including this new option for the Moto Guzzi V7.

Light, stable and versatile, Ventura’s aerodynamic luggage system offers huge carrying capability, whilst adding minimal weight to the machine.

Mounting is easy as Ventura base the system around two discreet L-brackets – custom-made for each machine – and fitting the bag couldn’t be easier or quicker; when luggage needs to be carried, simply slot the Pack Rack into the L-brackets and then slide the pack of choice onto the rack.

As the pack is positioned directly behind the rider, it offers excellent stability and does not add to machine width, allowing for easier filtering/parking and creates considerably less wind resistance than hard or soft panniers.

The Bike Pack carries the luggage clear of exhausts and the rear wheel, and Ventura’s tailor-made rack system ensures the load will not shift, even during hard riding.

The Pack may also be mounted behind the pillion seat, allowing two-up riding.

When luggage is not required, the Pack and Rack can be removed in seconds and replaced with a Grab Handle; offering a firm hold for the pillion and keeping the machine’s lines clean and uncluttered, or a Sport Rack ; designed especially for transporting small loads.

Pack sizes vary from 35 to 102 litres, (depending on pack/combination); the 51-litre capacity Spada Pack (pictured) comes in black, red or blue at £99.20.

The system pictured also features chrome L-brackets (standard items are black) at £112.50 and Pack-Rack (£59.28).
