Chaos the Greek way

As there is alot of talk about the EU and bikes now how about this-in Greece despite being in the EU for 28 years there is still NO MOT for Bikes ! You should see the state of some of these machines!

Is it not a condition of being a EU member state that such testing has to take place? I have asked the relavant organisation here and they say they are working on it.

Just another cock up of the government which we hope to change next month.
