MCN/Riders for Health rideout kicks off British MotoGP weekend

1 of 3

The first British MotoGP round to be held at the new-look Silverstone circuit kicked off with the Rider’s for Health Day of Champions, which begun with a mass rideout from MCN’s offices to the circuit.

Over 200 riders took part in the ride in, before getting their chance to complete three laps of the circuit.

The traditional pre-GP fundraiser lets racing fans get closer to the riders and bikes than they could expect over the race weekend, and the evening auction for the charity always raises £1000’s which goes towards helping African care workers reach those who need help on a fleet of motorcycles – often the only way to reach remote areas.

We want your images from the whole weekend for a special ‘Your Pictures’ page – so remember to take a digital camera and send us your favourite pictures from any day of the weekend by uploading them here www.motorcyclenews.com/yourpics.

Due to MCN’s tight print schedules, you stand a better chance of getting your picture in if you can send them by Monday morning.
