'Benelli Week' due in September

Benelli is to host a special week-long festival to celebrate its 100 anniversary in September.

‘Benelli Week’, which is reminiscent of World Ducati Week from its Italian rival, will open on Monday September 12th (continuing until the 18th), with seven days of activities. Being held around Benelli’s factory in Pesaro, these include daily motorcycle tours, guided factory visits, owners’ club gatherings plus the opportunity to rent historic Benellis.

Founded in 1911, Benelli is one of the oldest surviving European motorcycle manufacturers. Founded originally as a repair business, the company says a new range of bikes will be released to coincide with the centenary.
