Ice stunter responds to 'harsh' web comments

Stung by web comments saying he couldn’t wheelie, a Hungarian stuntman has hit back with this: a new ice video featuring – you guessed it – lots of wheelies.

Pásztor Tamás – who helped make the video – told MCN: “Our first ice riding video unexpectedly became a big international hit – we want to thank motorcyclenews.com for the contribution.

“According to the comments, a lot of people hugely missed the wheelie in the first video. Our stuntrider – Attila “Pala” Palatinus – thought that a few comments are a little bit harsh, so we decided to make a 2nd part, including him doing wheelies.

“In the first video, Pala didn’t do the wheelie not because he can’t do that (as some comments suggested), but because the tyres used were simply not sufficient to do it.

“We had to get a new rear tire with almost 2000 screws, and so given the optimal traction for doing wheelie. Best wishes, and have fun watching it!”

Given Attila’s commendable belief that he should do stunts based on harsh web comments, we would be interested to hear your criticisms of this video.

You could argue, for instance, that there’s a pitiful lack of jumping over girls in bikinis (but there again, that’s true of almost all videos).
