Fantasy Road Race winner

Duncan Norman has won the MCN Fantasy Road Race competition, in association with MCE Insurance, and alongside the glory of winning he becomes the proud owner of a 50th anniversary Yamaha YZF-125R.

Duncan has used all his racing skill and knowledge to manage and hone his team to perfection over the season. He put his success down to watching every single race and making good use of the transfer windows.

Duncan said: “Stoner and Checa have been my best riders this year. Shakey is a family favourite so he’s always in my team too. In last year’s competition I finished in 3000-and-something place but this year I’ve paid close attention to the form of the riders and made proper use of the transfer windows, it looks like it’s paid off.”

The competition went down to the wire at the final round with just 11 points separating Duncan from second place finisher Michael Edwards, and 22 points ahead of third place finisher Robert Bellingham.

Congratulations also go to round winners Lee Staite, Travis Wood, Clive Mewton, Isobel Dray, Neil Davidson, Graham Borely and Stuart Wren who have all won Pirelli tyres. Roly Baker, winner of the final MCE BSB competition, receives a pair of BSB tickets for any of next seasons races.
