MCNLive! 2016 will have more fantastic acts and bands than ever before

1 of 8

Next year’s MCNLive! event at Butlins Skegness looks set to be the biggest and best party of the year as we’re booking more bands than ever. On April 15-18 we’ll be raising the roof with a smorgasbord of acts including

AC/DC tribute band Hells Bells, indy rock act Green Date, fans’ favourite Steve Ferringo and many more.

With three packed nights of live music, there will be something for every varied taste. Two huge main stages are the epicentres of the evening entertainment and the venues are not only packed with great bars, but there’s also plenty of room for you to demonstrate your finest moves.

A third venue will be used on the Sunday for the more chilled out sessions, and to ease some sore heads from the night before. The full line-up of bands will be revealed over the next few weeks and with so many top acts to be named keep a close eye on the official MCNLive! website for updates and to book your tickets.

Hells Bells

The best AC/DC tribute you’ve ever seen – without doubt – always go down well at MCNLive! The atmosphere they create is electric! Hells Bells are an act not to be missed by fans of the original Australian rockers.

Green Date

Green Date are one of the finest tribute bands, displaying their talents to fans across the four corners of the British Isles and further afield. Well established in the nation’s punk circle the members of Green Date are all gifted musicians, the passion and creative edge that comes across in their live shows derives from their collective love of the band they so closely emulate, Green Day.

Boomin

Boomin are a fun, unpredictable epic rock’n’roll band from Wigan, UK. Their Debut album Original Junkie went into the iTunes Rock chart at No22. Boomin create a perfect recipe of stadium-power pop-fuelled epics, all armed with an addictive chorus and hooks aplenty.

Mercury

One of the world’s most authentic tributes to Freddie Mercury and Queen. With a dynamic stage show that recalls the true charismatic appeal of rock’s most flamboyant front man backed up by superbly crafted harmonies and intricate guitar work, Mercury faithfully and accurately recreate the distinctive Queen experience.

Complete Madness

Complete Madness are the No1 Madness tribute band and it’s easy to see why. Now in their 20th year they’ve gone from strength to strength, adding new foot stomping songs to their set such as a ska version of Bruno Mars’ The Lazy Song and Paolo Nutini hit 10 by 10. Unbelievable entertainment.

Steve Ferringo Band

No words can describe the experience of seeing the Steve Ferringo band for the first time. Frenzied and exciting, this is a totally unbelievable experience! Songs performed include: One Way Or Another, Queen Medley, Livin On A Prayer and more.
