Sublime Suter MMX500 to appear at London show

1 of 1

The GP inspired Suter MMX500 is going to be making a surprise appearance in the UK next weekend as it’s displayed on the Performance Bikes stand at the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show.

The 576cc V4 two-stroke powerhouse is based on the golden era 500cc GP machines and is the first time for such a bike to be publicly available, albeit in very limited numbers, with a total of only 99 being produced.

The MMX500 weighs only 127kg and pushes out an absolutely staggering 195bhp taking the missile in excess of 192mph. The bike is the brain-child of Eskil Suter, who has always wanted to produce a modern interpretation of the old 500cc two-stroke GP machines. Suter has spent the past decade building machines for the MotoGP, Moto 2 and Moto 3 race series’ so has a wealth of experience to draw upon with the MMX.

With a price tag of £60,000, it will be out of reach for most, but you can see it for yourself in all its carbon fibre and aluminium swathed glory at the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle show. To find out more and for tickets to the event, click here.
