Brave dog rides pillion in Colombia

The most thrill-seeking dog you've ever seen? 

With the balance of an Olympic gymnast, this nimble pooch was spotted travelling pillion on what looks like his owner’s scooter in the city of Bucaramanga, northern Colombia.

The clip, posted in local media, shows the carefree rider carrying his shopping on the left handlebar while the dog is casually enjoying his ride along.

According to Colombian law, carrying any object that could jeopardise traffic safety is forbidden, leading to an £88 fine.

However comments on the internet show a divide in opinions as to whether it’s illegal or not…
