Video: How to ride a Harley-Davidson

The general consensus among motorcyclists is that Harley-Davidsons don’t handle. A severe lack of ground clearance on most models and a long wheelbase aren’t the best ingredients for creating a sweet-handling motorcycle.

The speed at which he descends the famous road would be impressive on any bike, but it’s even more impressive on a Harley. He’s clearly pushing the tyres to the limit, almost highsiding at one point. What’s slightly less impressive however is his choice of riding gear; helmet, jeans, gloves and t-shirt. But race leathers would look a bit daft, and Harleys are all about the image.

What better way to celebrate July 4, America’s Independence Day, than with some peg-scraping, powersliding antics onboard an iconic American machine.
