Brits take on the Aussies at Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show

The UK will be doing battle with Australia at the Carole Nash MCN Motorcycle London Show next month as part of the live-action race series, Slide.

A variety of racing stars from the roads, short circuits and dirt will be banging handlebars in the Michelin Live Action Arena in a bid to take home the crown.

Captained by road racing legend, Slide veteran and 23 time TT winner John McGuinness, the UK team is comprised of superbike stars Neil Hodgson and Chris Walker, as well as speedway ace Aidan Collins.

They will go up against an Australian team captained by former World Superbike Champion Troy Corser. He is joined by BSB racer Billy McConnell and elite speedway riders Mark Lemon and Kevin Doolan. The whole of the Australian team are new to Slide, but will still be a force to be reckoned with.

Alongside Slide, visitors to the show will also be able to get up close and personal with the latest bike models from a variety of manufacturers, including Aprilia, BMW, Ducati and Triumph.

The show will take place from February 17 to 19 at the London Excel Centre. Tickets are available now at www.MCNmotorcycleshow.com or can alternatively be purchased on the day.

NEW FOR 2017, Adult Paddock Pass £40 includes tiered seating plus the chance to get your favourite rider’s autograph and enjoy Slide with the best view in the house.
