Warner Bros. have released the first teaser trailer for upcoming film Ready Player One, and it features one of the most iconic movie motorcycles; Shotaro Kaneda's motorcycle from cult anime film Akira.

It might be a CGI motorcycle from a fictional universe, but it's one of the coolest motorcycles ever conceived and we can't help but get excited when we see bikes in Hollywood blockbusters.

Judging by the short trailer, the film looks like a lot of fun, featuring iconic vehicles and characters from movies of the past, such as The A-Team van and the DeLorean DMC-12 from Back To The Future.

What's the story?

Ready Player One is set in the year 2045. With the world on the brink of collapse people find solace in a virtual reality universe called OASIS, created by James Halliday.

When Halliday dies, he leaves his fortune  to the first person that finds a digital Easter egg hidden inside the OASIS, sparking a huge treasure hunt that grips the entire world.

Ready Player One is set for release in March 2018, but if you can't wait until then, by the book on Amazon now, Ready Player One, by Ernest Cline, RRP £6.29.
