London motorcycle clothing retailer, Urban Rider, is hosting a biker-inspired Christmas Market on Thursday, December 6 2018.
Taking place at Greenwich Market, the event - known as Winter Chill - is being run in conjunction with Belstaff, Deus Ex Machina, Hedon, and Royal Enfield and aims to bring the area's motorcycling fraternity together with the wider community for a retro biking themed evening of festive fun.
MORE FROM MCN
The free-to-attend market starts at 7.30pm and riders will be able to park their bikes directly inside the venue and visitors are actively encouraged to bring their own custom bikes to display.
Unlike other Christmas markets, where you might come away with a novelty gift and maybe some fudge, this event will also house custom motorcycle exhibits, gifting stalls and interactive displays - all to the backing track of live music. What's more, there will also be craft beer and a selection of street food stalls available.
Celebrating a special time of year
Speaking about the event in a statement, co-founder of Urban Rider, Will Starritt, said: "We’ve partnered with these world class brands to bring this event alive and celebrate a special time of year.
"The evening will be a chance to experience the thrilling sub-culture of motorcycling up close and personal," he explained.
Visitors on the night will get the chance to meet the Royal Enfield team, who will be bringing along their latest motorcycles. Meanwhile, Belstaff will be offering custom hand pin-striped Christmas baubles whilst displaying some of their autumn and winter collection. They will also be demonstrating how to hand re-wax your existing garments.
Limited edition gifts
If you're in the market (quite literally) for a new helmet, then Hedon are going to be offering personalised embossed goods, as well as their range of helmets. Deus ex Machina will also be bringing along a selection of limited edition gifts and free coffee.
