Triumph limited edition T120s available to buy

Triumph’s two new special edition Bonnevilles, the Ace and the Diamond Edition, are now available at dealers.

The T120 Ace is a celebration of the original café racer scene around the Ace Café and features a blacked-out finish, one-off paint scheme and an OTR price of £11,100.

While the T120 Diamond Edition commemorates 60 years of the iconic Bonneville with a one-off white and silver paintscheme and costs £10,900.

Triumph and the Ace Café

Triumph’s biggest selling Thruxton special edition ever was the ‘Ace’, so it’s no great surprise that they’ve rekindled the relationship with the world-famous London café to create a special edition T120 Bonneville for 2019 bearing its name and branding.

The Bonneville T120 Ace is distinguished by its light-absorbing blackness – from the Storm Grey paintjob to the wealth of blackness of the 4-bar tank badges, wheel rims, intake covers and engine cases and badges, bench seat and exhausts.

Mark Wilsmore, Managing Director of Ace Cafe, says: “Triumph and the Ace Cafe go hand in hand for me, with decades of riders turning up at the cafe on the latest British Twin to chance their arm on the A406, and be top dog off the lights. This beautiful new Bonneville T120 Ace pays homage to those riders and our glorious shared history in style.”

It’s a rolling matter-absorbing black hole. It wouldn’t be complete without some branding, though – which comes in the form of the Ace Café side cover decals, and one on the tank that says ‘Head down, Hold on’. 1400 will be built, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Triumph and the Ace Café.

The 2019 T120 Diamond from Triumph

The Ace will be joined in 2019 by a 60th anniversary special ‘Diamond Edition’ (above). Just like the Ace, it’s a completely stock T120 which has been dressed differently. It gets a one-off white and silver union flag paintjob, chrome 4-bar tank badge, engine covers, chain guard, rims, grab rail, exhausts and badging. 900 will be built, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Triumph CEO, Nick Bloor.
