Charity trio to ride from John O'Groats to Land's End on Honda C90s

A motorcycling trio of friends will attempt to ride from John O’Groats to Land’s End on Honda C90s in just four days next week.

Setting off on Thursday, July 11, the team will attempt the 1200-mile ride with no support vehicle and must average 12 hour days in order to complete the task on time. They will also be camping along the route.

Known as ‘The Big C90 Challenge’, friends Lee, Mark and Shane, are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support and have already eclipsed their £1000 goal, however would now love to double that figure.

In a statement on their Just Giving page, the group said: “This will be an experience of a lifetime for the three of us for sure, but we couldn’t do this and not try to make some money for charity in the process.

“The charity we have chosen is close to all our hearts and one that we hope you will all choose to support with us.” Anyone who would like to donate to the cause can do so here.
