Thought the Kawasaki Ninja H2-powered Tesi H2 was the only funny-front-ended new Bimota currently on sale? Think again.

Three new Ducati-powered Bimota Tesi 3D Naked Edizione Finales have gone on sale at a Norwich used bike dealership at £31,995 a piece.

Part of a special run of just 45 striking machines, complete with unconventional hub-steering, they were acquired by Start It Up Motorcycle & Performance late last year and have just gone on sale.

The Tesi 3D name has been around for over a decade – with MCN grabbing the first ride on one outside the factory back in 2007. These special versions are powered by a thumping 1078cc Ducati V-twin and finished in licks of glossy Bimota red and white. As you’d expect, there’s lashings of carbon, adjustable Öhlins TTX shocks and lightweight OZ wheels.

Dealership owner, Adam Payne, believes the bikes will be snapped up by those looking to make a financial investment. He said: “Because they are so scarce, once they’re gone you will not be able to get one until they appear on the used market.”

Unlocking a little more bark from the Bologna-built engine is a neat Arrow exhaust, complete with an etched Bimota logo. Each bike is numbered and will come with a certificate of authenticity.

For those wanting to head out on the road, a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty is included. You also get a Bimota-branded cover and paddock stands. If you have room, and budget, for a Tesi in your life, contact info@siuperformance.co.uk and ask for Adam.
