Chester KTM are hosting an adventure riding weekend, featuring on- and off-road guided routes, live music and workshops discussing riding skills, maintenance and navigation tips.

The Filthy48 Adventure event will take place over the weekend of Saturday, May 27 and Sunday 28 at a purpose built 12-acre site located on private land 15 minutes ride from Chester KTM.

It will run in conjunction with the dealership’s open day on the Saturday and will take things “to the next level,” says Fraser Barsby, Head of Marketing at the Little Stanney showroom.

“Essentially it’s aimed at adventure bike riders who haven’t yet had the opportunity to ride trails and venture off piste on their adventure bike. In fact, it’ll be a great way for riders to ‘pop their cherry’ before heading over to the ABR festival a month later,” said Barsby.

“We’ve commissioned an adventure trail to be built alongside an enduro and MX track locally, as well as a training area with various terrains and obstacles to get to grips with.”

Tickets to the Filty48 are limited to 100 and cost £55 and include trails and training. The May 27 open day is free to attend and will feature live music, giveaways, and KTM will be on hand with their fleet of demo bikes.

Attendees can bring their own adventure machines fitted with 60/40 tyres to use the trails or use one of the 20 demo bikes for road routes.
