BMW Rockster set for March 2003

1 of 1

BMW have decided put their BMW R1150 Rockster concept bike into production, and it will be arriving in March.

The Rockster is based on the standard R1150R, with added extras from other bikes in the current BMW range. It shares the same engine, frame, gearbox, swingarm and electrics, but the headlights come from the R1150GS. Other parts, such as the Telelever sliding tubes, instruments and front mudguards are sources from the R1100S.

When it launches in March, you will have a choice of two colours, Citrus Green or Orange, and prices will be around the same as the standard R1150R
