Piaggio launch new 400

Piaggio have launched the last in their X8 series. The 400cc machine will stand alongside the 125cc and 250cc models.

The new X8 has a claimed to speed of 94 mph (155kmh) from its 33bhp engine, potentially making this twist and go scooter quite a queue beater.

The scooter benefits from 48 litres of luggage capacity through the flip boot, which manages to keep its compact dimensions.
