Benelli TNT anniversary specials

Benelli is to mark its centenary in 2011 with two new special anniversary models.

At the Milan Show last week the historic Italian marque, since 2005 owned by Chinese company QianJiang, unveiled the TNT 899 Century Racer and the similar TNT 1130 Racer.

The 899 version is uprated with fully-adjustable, black-nitrided 50mm Marzocchi inverted forks, radial Brembo brake callipers, Braking Wave discs, revised engine mapping, an alcantara upholstered seat, and comes with a seat hump as standard.

The 1130 version, meanwhile, benefits from all the 899 updates plus, in addition, a fully-adjustable Sachs rear shock. Both bikes are finished in classic Benelli racing green with yellow cambox covers and ‘Century Racer’ insignia and are expected to be available from March next year. Prices have yet to be released.
