2011 Husqvarnas now in dealers

The new TE449, TE511 and TC449 Husqvarnas will be in dealers from this weekend. The 449s are the first Husqvarnas to use BMW’s G450X engine. The TEs are enduros, the TC a motocross version.

All three feature new chassis which are claimed to improve stability. In MX spec, the 449 delivers more power thanks to increased compression ratio, different camshafts and a single flat throttle body.

Both enduros, meanwhile, are detuned and fitted a twin flap throttle body for the Keihin fuel injection which enables the rider to apply the power more smoothly. The enduros are also fully street legal and come with an Akrapovic race silencer for closed circuit use.
